Do you have a waiting list for gardening services?

We can usually fulfil a clients requirements within a 7-day period running from when we get the first preliminary call. If it's a bigger task we ask for an additional weeks notice; This gives us extra time to ensure machine servicing, etc.

Can you offer a fixed quote before starting a job?
A
Yes, we can usually offer a fixed, no obligation quote. The quote may also be free of charge if we can manage it.

Do you offer an hourly rate as well?
A
Yes and prices run from £10-35 p/hour depending on the level of complexity and tools required.

Can we ask for Risk Assessments and Method Statements prior to the completion of work?
A
Of course you can - but these are not free of charge.

What about your Health & Safety Record?

No minor injuries, no major injuries and no fatalities.

Can we ask to see copies of insurance certificates?

What about our pets and your work?
A
We prefer pets to be kept in at all times - if for example a dog bites a moving strimmer head it will get hurt. We also advise clients to keep their pets in after chemical weed treatment. We produce our own risk assessments for internal use before work commences.

Can we opt for natural weed killer instead?
A
If you like we can choose a Glyphosate-Free alternative to treat your weeds. This could take the form of a chemical, heat-treatment or manually digging them out.

Do you do charity work?

A percentage of our e-commerce sales go to charity.

Are all the services you offer completed by your own team?
A
99% of the time we complete the work ourselves. Occasionally we rely upon bona-fide sub-contractors for specialist tasks (e.g. Wasp Nest Removal).
